At the recently concluded PackPlus 2019 show, Pratham Technologies showcased its IPV Proofcheck System and Superfold Outsert System.

Sham Desai, marketing manager (domestic), Pratham Technologies said, “IPV Proofcheck is proofing system for cartons, leaflets and labels that provides pixel-to-pixel comparison. It is very important to ensure that there are no printing mistakes. The proofing system ensures that the ready-to-print file is same as the original artwork. The system verifies for consistency in print quality at every stage.”

The IPVProof Check can also be used in the pharmaceutical industry and complies with FDA 21 CFR Part 11 Norms.

The Superfold Outsert System has a rightly located display panel that indicates batch count and productivity of the print job, silent belt drive, horizontal delivery for folded sheets, transfer unit with ejector, SS folding pocket with position indicator, extra long roller conveyor and combination rollers. It also features counter and kicker in vertical stacker, electronic double sheet detector and clippers for gap adjustment.

Participating for the first time at PackPlus, Pratham sold its outsert system to Crayon Print N Pack based in Parwanoo, and Utility Forms and Kay Art Printers in Delhi. “The PackPlus show is a good networking platform. We get a chance to inform potential customers about our products. Going ahead, we intend to participate in several upcoming exhibitions, including Pamex in Mumbai, where we will display our outsert machine for label applications, P-Mec in Noida, drupa 2020, and PrintPack 2021,” Desai shared.

The company will display its online cartoning machine and online leaflet machine, inspection and proofcheck systems for pharma printing applications at the upcoming events.
