In a Linkedin post on 19 January 2026, Parksons Packaging posted that Deepak Ganjoo had joined the company as its chief executive officer, effective immediately. The post said, “Deepak brings deep packaging industry expertise and a proven track record of building and scaling profitable businesses across diverse global markets. His career has been shaped by nearly three decades of experience across multiple markets and business environments. He has held senior responsibilities in business strategy, sales and marketing, manufacturing, M&A, integration, and digital transformation.”

The post goes on to say that the company expects Ganjoo’s experience to support Parksons’ growth ambitions by strengthening execution, deepening customer and employee engagement, and working closely with all stakeholders to deliver the company’s long-term vision and growth. “Deepak’s strong experience in building sustainable and profitable businesses aligns closely with Parksons’ purpose. His values-based, people-centric leadership style also makes him a natural cultural fit, and we look forward to partnering with him as Parksons gets ready for its next phase of growth.

“With Deepak joining us, Parksons further strengthens its leadership team and continues to grow as a family-led, PE-backed, and professionally run organization. Deepak will work closely with the Kejriwal Family as they continue to remain actively engaged in shaping Parksons’ growth and long-term vision.”

In our brief conversation with the management, it was made clear that the Parksons Packaging management is clearly keen to professionalize the company further and to take it “to the next level.” We view this as a significant commitment to growth and look forward to new developments from the company as it embarks on its next chapter.
