Prior to opening their setup in Delhi, Arden supplied products through various channel partners headquartered in India like Kodak, LaserComb and Zund. This channel allowed them to have a better understanding of the needs and demands of Indian convertors.

At Hall 11, Stand I 52, Arden Software plans to highlight Impact CAD, their primary product, used in designing and visualization of paper-based carton, corrugated boxes and display solutions. Impact’s automatic layout feature is capable of simultaneously calculating multiple interlocking patterns to ensure maximum on-press efficiency and reduce waste. Additionally, it keeps track of material type and flute/grain direction to ensure correct orientation in packaging design. Its advanced 3D modeling feature helps to experiment and imagine the various structural models. Apart from designers, Impact enjoys high demand from die-makers too, due to the creative mix of automation and manual control.

In addition to the above solutions, Arden plans to soon introduce tools WEBcnx and cloud-based Impact Enterprise. Impact Enterprise helps to connect the multiple facilities to a centralized database and workflow automation tool while WEBcnx enables communication among all stakeholders in the packaging supply chain, thus allowing real-time collaboration, better control and flexibility in the projects.

In the past six years, Arden has opened four offices overseas, creating new jobs and opportunities and positioning themselves as a global player in the packaging sector. Arden has 50 installations in India and over 500 installations across Asia.“Our products exclusively focus on delivering solutions that connect the pre- and post-production activities, so that businesses become more innovative, productive and profitable,” he concludes.
