The Gujarat-based Rajoo Engineers, a provider of plastic processing machinery, has inaugurated its expanded facility in Rajkot – marking a significant milestone in the company’s journey, as it triples its manufacturing capacity to meet growing demands and enhance operational efficiency. 

A spacious structure on an adjacent 28,210 square feet of land acquired last August, the expanded facility will increase manufacturing capacity by 30%. A dedicated space for quality control will help the company to enhance the customer experience. 

The company says it has made a significant investment in the present production plant, which spanned 18,000 square feet and is 100 feet tall with an additional 7,000 square feet for the QCA. This investment underscores the company’s commitment to innovation, stringent quality standards,  growth, and customer satisfaction.  

Speaking on the occasion, R N Doshi, chairman of Rajoo Engineers, said, “The opening of expansion of our Rajkot facility marks another important milestone in our journey. Our focus remains on delivering top-quality products to our national and international clients. This inauguration reflects our steadfast  dedication to innovation, quality, and sustainable growth, marking a significant leap forward for Rajoo Engineers.” 

The extended facility will produce domestically designed and assembled machinery, in line with the ‘Make in India’ initiative – strengthening its commitment to innovation and excellence, and propelling the nation towards self-sufficiency in manufacturing. 

Rajoo Engineer, founded in 1986 and headquartered in  Rajkot, is a prominent global player in plastic extrusion machinery with a dedicated focus on blown film extrusion, sheet extrusion lines, thermoformers, and extrusion coating and lamination lines.
