Display of versatile offset blankets, Axcyl flexo sleeves
Trelleborg’s printing solutions operation is continuing its expansion in China with its first participation at the All in Print China exhibition. At this year’s event, which takes place from 18 to 22 October in Shanghai, the company will exhibit the widest range of offset blankets readily available in China, as well as Axcyl flexo sleeve products. The latter is specifically designed to have the best dimensional stability, is fully sealed and protected to extend life span, and has very low weight.

The organizers of Labelexpo India will be hosting a four-day roadshow in early October in conjunction with the Offset Printers Association. Visiting Tamil Nadu, Gujarat and Punjab, the roadshow events are being especially held for offset printers looking at diversifying their businesses into label and package printing.
Invests in labs for MRO, Acoustic and NVH
Henkel Adhesives Technologies India (Henkel India), a fully owned subsidiary of Henkel, has expanded the capabilities of its Pune Innovation Centre with two dedicated laboratories, one for Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) and the other for Acoustic and Noise, Vibration and Harshness (NVH). These laboratories will facilitate development of products that can meet the unique needs of customers to save costs, reduce downtime and improve performance; test products in simulated conditions in-house before they are used in actual conditions; and train customers on product selection, application, and best practices.
Nilpeter to show FB-3300 at Labelexpo India 2016
At this year’s show in Delhi, Nilpeter (Stand F15) will show a FB-3300 servo press at Labelexpo India 2016 to be held at India Expo Centre in Greater Noida (Delhi NCR) from 17 to 20 November. The 6-color UV-flexo press with short web path features a gravure unit at the last printing unit – a value-adding unit for metallic inks, solids, and coatings; and a new rail-based cross-over unit that can be placed above any printing unit for total flexibility.
Vinsak to show USAR at Labelexpo India 2016
Vinsak is one of the leading players in the label printing and converting industry operating in Asia, Middle East and African countries. At Labelexpo India 2016 to be held from 17 to 20 November in India Expo Centre, Greater Noida, Vinsak will be showing its new machine USAR under the label slitting and rewinding category. Vinsak USAR was launched in summer 2016 and is currently available as a slitter-rewinder with major add-ons in register cutting; missing label detection by 100%; and an inspection camera and variable data printing option which makes it a suitable product for converters.

Duralabel Graphics adds Bobst M4
With an annual average growth rate of over 30%, Vasai-based Duralabel Graphics has had a great run in the past few years. The 8-color Mark Andy 2200 press that the company was employing since 2011 was not sufficient to meet the increasing workload. It was time to enhance the print capacity. In early 2016, Ravi Patnaik, owner of Duralabel decided to invest in a Bobst M4 8-color flexo press. The press was supplied by Reifenhauser India and was installed in April.
