IUV will unveil three intelligent LED curing control technology at Labelexpo Europe 2025 Barcelona from 16-19 September. Collectively, these three innovations deliver over 70% energy savings, 30% faster production speeds, and superior curing consistency, representing a comprehensive advancement for the industry.
Each solution addresses critical industry challenges: the Constant UV Energy Technology ensures curing consistency; the Material-Color Zone Auto-Sensing technology boosts production speeds; and the Modular Power Supply System enhances operational reliability and system longevity, the company said.
Constant UV energy mode LED curing solution
The Constant UV Energy Mode Curing Control Solution ensures precise and consistent UV energy output regardless of operating conditions, eliminating variations in curing quality. This technology is particularly beneficial for high-precision label and packaging printing, where color consistency and adhesion are critical.
Material-color auto-sensing curing solution
Building on IUV’s widely acclaimed auto-material sensing technology—which has delivered precise curing and additional energy savings—the newly released Material-Color Zone Auto-Sensing Curing Solution integrates advanced digital printing and digital ink duct technologies.Â
Beyond the existing capabilities of material position and width sensing, this innovation achieves unprecedented precision in color zone curing by adapting to the specific requirements of modern digital printing processes.
The system optimizes curing parameters instantaneously based on real-time material and color zone detection, resulting in a 30% increase in production speeds while maintaining superior print quality.
Intelligent power supply system
Completing the trio, the Modular Power Supply System focuses on electrical system protection and intelligent power control to ensure curing quality while enhancing overall system performance and longevity.
Key features include real-time power regulation based on operational data and load conditions, plus advanced fault detection that safeguards critical components during abnormal operations.Â
This robust power management solution maintains stable electrical output to preserve curing consistency, extends system lifespan through optimized power distribution, and protects sensitive electronics from voltage fluctuations and surges.
