Ghaziabad-based Venus Thermal Lamination Film showcased its innovative range of packaging and lamination applications at Pamex Mumbai. This was the maiden show in India’s western market for the company, which expects new sales inquiries and looks to expand its customer base.
Prakash Dabral, GM for sales and marketing, said the company had previously participated in only NCR-based packaging exhibitions to date and Pamex was a new step. “We were keen on a greater footfall like at any Delhi-based exhibition. We exhibited metalized and thermal lamination film, flexible packaging, coated polyester film, glitter powder metalized yarn, hot stamping foil, metalized paper, and tinsel garland.”
The surface of Venus’ films is extrusion-coated with low temperature melting resin, which enables the lamination of film and paper products by heat and pressure. According to Dabral, Venus is involved in multiple processes – gloss, matte, silk, and velvet thermal films for BOPP; gold, silver, 3D, holographic, and glitter for PET; manufacturing of color and digital thermal films; and A4 lamination pouches.
“Our prime focus is to manufacture quality products and to ensure compliance with total quality management guidelines. During all production stages, right from the sourcing of basic materials to the shipment of goods, we stringently stick to quality assurance norms. The entire quality control procedures are checked by our in-house quality assurance and control unit,” Dabral said.
