The Hong Kong International Printing & Packaging Fair 2009 will be held from 27-30 April 2009 at the AsiaWorld-Expo, Hong Kong International Airport. The organizers for the fair are The Hong Kong Trade Development Council CIEC Exhibition Company (HK) Limited. At the fourth staging of this event the organizers hope to bring together manufacturers, suppliers and trade buyers from around the globe. The 2008 edition of the fair attracted 377 exhibitors, including group pavilions from the Chinese mainland printing centres of Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Zhejiang and Shanghai. 17 of the exhibitors came from the \”Top 100 Printing Firms\” ranked by the mainland\’s \”Printing Manager\” magazine. A total of 11,397 buyers from 109 countries and regions came over the four days of the 2008 event

In 2009, the product zones at the fair will allow buyers to easily identify exhibitors in their niche. Integrated Pre-press Service Square showcases creative skills and technical expertise, targeting buyers looking for excellence to assist their marketing efforts. The Packaging Zone will focus on gift packaging, cosmetic packaging, pharmaceutical packaging and food packaging, responding to the increasing demand for packaging services in these special areas.
