The anilox roll is placed on the traction system in the anilox cleaning machine while the plates are placed on the conveyor belt of the plate cleaning machine which automatically takes the plate one by one into the cleaning machine.
The whole cleaning process starting with liquid spraying, rinsing with high pressure water and at the end drying by means of air will run through automatically in one cycle. There is no need to do manual cleaning or drying thus ensuring minimum manual handling of rolls and plates. The quick and gentle system is fully automatic and leaves the rolls, cylinder or plates fully clean and dry, ready for use in a very short time. Flexo Wash also offers parts washer with a complete close loop distillation system for solvent recovery.
