Print4All returns to Fiera Milano from 27 to 30 May 2025 as a trade event for the printing and converting sector. Organized by Fiera Milano and promoted by Italian associations Acimga and Argi, the exhibition will cover machinery, technologies, and materials with a focus on digitalization and sustainability.
The 2025 edition will feature 245 exhibitors, 33% of them international, representing 17 countries. The event aims to serve as a platform for presenting technological solutions, materials, and digital tools, as well as to address sectoral trends. One of the main themes this year will be the application of corrugated cardboard in packaging processes.
“Print4All is a moment for the printing and converting ecosystem to present technology and address market changes,” said Enrico Barboglio, director of Acimga and Argi. “With more than 240 companies attending, it will also be a platform for supply chain dialogue.”
As part of its internationalization efforts, and in collaboration with the Italian Trade Agency (ICE), Print4All 2025 will host around 120 foreign buyers from 28 countries. These delegates will engage in pre-arranged meetings with exhibitors to explore the applicability of available technologies.
Technological focus: automation, AI, and compliance
The event will showcase integrated digital systems and automation solutions, including artificial intelligence, for printing and converting operations. These systems are aimed at increasing production efficiency and aligning with European environmental regulations.
Exhibitors will present technologies designed to optimize print workflows, limit waste, and enable customized production. Solutions aligned with circular economy principles will also be on display.
Corrugated cardboard in packaging and communication
Corrugated cardboard, valued at more than 4 billion Euros in Italy and second in Europe only to Germany, will be a key focus area. Print4All will feature demonstrations of how this material is being used in logistics, eCommerce, and visual communication. Around 40 companies will present technologies for printing, converting, and packaging using corrugated cardboard.
The Corrugated Experience Hub in Hall 9 will highlight the full production cycle, from corrugation to printing, with live demonstrations and trend briefings.
Participants include Canon Italia, Elitron, Erhardt + Leimer, Fosber, HP Italy, Koenig & Bauer, New Aerodinamica, Petratto, Sei Laser, Siegwerk, Simec Group, and tesa.
PrintMat and materials development
Hall 11 will host PrintMat, an area dedicated to applications of new printing materials and techniques. Companies such as 3M Italia, Colines, Oropress, and Roland DG will display developments in commercial printing, publishing, and packaging printing, with a focus on biodegradable and interactive materials and finishing technologies.
Workshops and training at wearePrint4All Hub
The educational program will be based at the wearePrint4All Hub in Hall 11, organized in partnership with Acimga and Argi. The Hub will feature a series of workshops and discussions on sector-specific topics, including automation, sustainable packaging, artificial intelligence, and regulatory updates.
Sessions will also cover issues such as traceability, safety, and the changing skill requirements in the sector. Specific attention will be given to the corrugated segment and developments in flexo, gravure, and screen printing.
The program will highlight emerging roles in the printing industry and provide a platform for early-career professionals to engage with new technologies and market expectations.
