Navneet Anand and Rishi Chandak with Ricoh Pro Series Special Color Edition

A relatively young commercial printing company based in Delhi, Color and Creation specializes in cosmetic label printing, determined by the capacity of a Ricoh Pro Series Special Color Edition. This Ricoh digital press now running as the sole machine for printing labels at Color and Creation has been supplied and installed by Monotech Systems.

Color and Creation is the brainchild of Navneet Anand, an alumnus of Pusa Institute of Technology. Despite being barely five years old in the market, the company has gained recognition during this short span because of the quality and consistency they maintain in every print they deliver and services they offer. “We exclusively work for a host of eminent brands from the beauty and personal care products market. That’s why attention to quality in prints, details and accuracy are of paramount importance to us. For this reason, we chose the Ricoh press,” mentions Navneet.

Additionally equipped with the Fifth Color Station for stimulating white, clear, gold, silver, IVR toner and special neon colors, the Ricoh Pro Series Special Color Edition meets every bit of requirements at Color and Creation when it comes to improvising texture and detail in label prints. It delivers prints in the industry’s leading resolution of 2400x4800dpi, produced on a broad array of lightweight and heavyweight media up to 360gsm, at the maximum printing speed of 85ppm (pages per minute).

“Even though we currently don’t own multiple machines, impact of our sole Ricoh Pro Series Special Color Edition cannot be understated,” says Navneet Anand, proprietor of Color and Creation. He states that Ricoh is now the technology of choice for the company as it pre-determined and decided what they would require to do in delivering flawless cosmetic label graphics, gaining an edge over market competitors.

He adds, “Additional advantage of using the Ricoh Pro Series Special Color Edition from Monotech Systems is its capability to deliver the print quality that precisely aligns with our requirement. This advanced and flexible digital production press has tremendous features and host of advancements which we have discovered and yet to discover, in which some are linked to the press’ white toner capabilities.”

He continues, “The Fifth Color Station of the Ricoh press comprehensively helps us add unique graphic effects and patterns to labels we print. White toner capability of the press is something which has led us securing a whole new level of innovations in label printing. After all, the press’ media flexibility is yet another advantage for us to work with varieties of stocks—coated, coloured, textured and synthetic.”

Backed by a team of around 10 experienced professionals, Navneet is hugely optimistic about Color and Creation’s future expansion plan. In this, he says the Ricoh Pro Series Special Color Edition with unconditional after-sales support from Monotech Systems will continue to play a vital role in the company’s future expansion, serving more clients from more sectors.
