Team FIG with Rhyguan at Labelexpo Asia 2025

Flexo Image Graphics (FIG) successfully participated in Labelexpo Asia 2025 in Shanghai, China, with its principals Rhyguan, Luster, and IUV, which exhibited the latest arrays of machines and solutions encompassing label printing, finishing, inspection, UV LED curing, and more.

Gourav Roy, managing director of Flexo Image Graphics, said Labelexpo Asia 2025 turned out to be a prolific platform for generating new business prospects. A handful of orders were finalized at the expo. “In addition to a good number of trade visitors from India, we were overwhelmed to witness many from South Asian countries such as Bangladesh and Sri Lanka, who visited the expo with a serious mindset of investing in modern machines and technologies.”

Among the crowd-pulling products and solutions of FIG’s principals were the Rhyguan RF-330 intermittent flexo press, Rhyguan Plus-330 converting machine, Luster inspection systems, IUV UV LED curing machines, and others. “Most of the trade visitors around our stalls on all four days of the expo left inspired with clear prospects for future business growth and expansion with the machines and solutions which we selectively exhibited,” Roy said.

Two Luster systems with which FIG attracted crowds of trade visitors during Labelexpo Asia 2025 were an offline inspection machine equipped with an 8K camera of 450 mm width and new VP8 software. Another one was the offline Luster inspection system with A3 scanner. One day before the expo, Luster organized an Open House event at its newly unveiled factory at Suzhou, China. It offered the visitors a rare opportunity for a first-hand observation of how Luster is managing its operational efficiency and quality control.

Relatively new in the league of FIG’s principals, IUV is a manufacturer of UV LED curing systems designed for the printing, coating, and converting industries. IUV LED curing systems are standardized to be compatible with a varied range of machine brands and models from Rhyguan, Weigang, Dowell, to mention a few. Roy said they interacted with all visitors from India and many others from South Asia.

FIG is an exclusive India representative of many other global brands such as Mark Andy, DYM Machinery, DCM ATN, Rotoflex, Kluge, KDS Quantum, Presstek, etc, in addition to Rhyguan, Luster, and IUV. With its head office in Delhi, FIG has two branches in Mumbai and Chennai with a centralized ‘customer support department.’
