Key highlights will include a brand new Rpo polyolefin pelletizing line, designed to seamlessly integrate with AMUT’s industry-leading washing and sorting systems. By combining a purpose-built pre-treatment unit with advanced extrusion technology and the dedicated ‘granulAItion’ software suite, AMUT says it delivers the most energy-efficient ‘bales-to-granules’solution on the market.
Alongside this, AMUT stand guests will discover the first proven industrial tray-to-tray solution for post-consumer PET recycling, a development enabling the recycling of even multilayer trays into high-quality flakes suitable for food-contact applications, finally unlocking true circularity for thermoformed packaging.
The next evolution in cast film
The AMUT Team is introducing the new Magnum concept, a productivity solution. At the same width, Magnum delivers significantly higher output than anything currently available on the market, setting a new standard for efficiency and performance. Perfectly designed for both virgin resins and PCR plastics extrusion on the same machine, the company says it’s the ideal choice for today’s sustainability-driven industry.
Owning to in-house innovations and solutions such as the unique Prowind contact winder capable winding on lowest weigh cores (140 gr for 2” & 600 gr for 3” cores) , the Zero Scrap System for in line recycling of trims and waste rolls without use of repalletizing unit and with only 20 kW installed energy, and the fully integrated in line software Roll-Pack unit for in-line finished rolls packaging, Magnum ensures unmatched automation and operational efficiency, raising the bar for the entire sector, the company said in a release.

Virtual assistant for cast lines
Building on the innovation of the new Magnum concept, AMUT introduces its next leap forward: a smart virtual assistant designed to enhance every aspect of cast line operation.
Fully integrated with the line, the assistant offers real-time support in any language. It provides step-by-step troubleshooting and setup; Live production data and trend analysis; Access to AMUT know-how, manuals, schematics, and technical docs; Operator guidance and training tools; and Direct interaction with the machine for immediate adjustments.
By combining automation, intelligence, and accessibility, AMUT’s virtual assistant helps reduce downtime, boost efficiency, and put expert knowledge right at the operator’s fingertips — 24/7.
Completing the picture, the AMUT team will discuss two complementary digital innovations. AMUT predictive package (APP), its predictive maintenance system, which delivers real-time monitoring, anomaly detection, and actionable insights to ensure equipment reliability and minimize unplanned downtime. Advanced interface for data analysis (AIDA), powered by Siemens Industrial Edge, collects and analyzes data across the entire production line, optimizing processes, energy use, and throughput to enhance efficiency, reliability, and sustainability.
