In a year marked by increasing demand for higher precision and material flexibility in packaging, Webtech International Machinery has reported the installation of 34 Aeroflex Series inline flexo presses during FY 2025–26, positioning the company among the fastest-growing Indian manufacturers in the inline flexo segment.
At the center of this growth is the Aeroflex S4, a triple-servo driven inline flexo press (670 mm width) engineered for converters handling diverse and technically challenging substrates. It is designed for short- and medium-run pouch printing, reducing dependence on costly rotogravure cylinders.
The machine was commercially introduced following its showcase at Printpack India 2025, where live demonstrations on 12-micron BOPP and polyester at speeds up to 250 m/min, with stable registration, generated strong converter interest. This traction has since translated into confirmed installations across multiple packaging segments.
Adoption across key packaging segments
During FY 2025–26, Webtech’s installations extended across flexible packaging, lami-tube, blister foil, cigarette packaging, IML, and label applications, demonstrating the machine’s ability to perform across diverse and demanding segments.
Key clients include – Shree Maa Gayatri Packaging — Hyderabad; Pacific Laminates — Gujarat; Hempra Multiprints — Pune; Next-Gen Packaging — Greater Noida; Laborate Pharma — Sonipat; Wrybill Packaging — Goa; Perfect Container — Mumbai; Bapuji Surgicals — Bangalore; Sapphire Group – Sonipat; Chemline – Sonipat; Bajaj Grafix – Noida; Viraj Packaging – Firozabad; and Firm Kairos – Russia
In addition to domestic growth, Webtech reported international installations in markets such as Russia, Kenya, Qatar, UAE and Saudi Arabia, indicating early traction beyond India. A portion of the year’s orders came from repeat customers, reinforcing the machine’s performance credibility under real production conditions.
Market shift driving demand
Converters are increasingly facing shorter print runs and SKU proliferation; higher quality expectations from brands; frequent substrate changes; and pressure on margins and machine utilization.
As a result, machines capable of handling multiple substrates without compromising speed or registration stability are becoming critical investment decisions rather than optional upgrades.
Management perspective
“FY 2025–26 has been a defining year for us,” said Shivvnandan Singh, CEO, Webtech International Machinery.
“The real validation is not just new sales, but repeat orders. Converters are under pressure to deliver more variety with the same infrastructure. When a machine consistently handles ultra-thin films, heavy substrates, and complex jobs at production speeds, it directly improves their bottom line. That’s where Aeroflex S4 is making an impact.”
Technology & innovation – Aeroflex series
Webtech’s Aeroflex Series, based on advanced Single Gear Technology, is redefining flexibility in the Indian flexo market. The press enables seamless printing across a wide substrate range — from 8-micron PET and 9-micron aluminium foil to 350 GSM paperboard, lamitubes, shrink sleeves, BOPP, IML, and more — all on a single machine.
Its key advantage lies in delivering virtually zero gear marks, addressing a major challenge faced in conventional multi-gear presses, and ensuring superior print quality and consistency, the company said.
The Aeroflex Series is further equipped with advanced automation features such as pre-pressure setup, auto pre-registration, 5–10 mm print formatting, re-pass capability, automatic registration control, SCADA-based monitoring, and IoT-enabled remote diagnostics.
This combination of versatility, precision, and intelligent automation sets a new benchmark in modern flexographic printing.
