The 32nd China International Exhibition on Packaging Machinery & Materials (Sino-Pack 2026) and the China (Guangzhou) International Exhibition on Packaging Products (PACKINNO 2026) concluded successfully on March 6 at Area B of the China Import and Export Fair Complex in Guangzhou.
Held over three days, the exhibition once again affirmed its position as one of the packaging industry’s key annual events in China and an important international sourcing and exchange platform. Bringing together professionals from across the global packaging value chain, the event created a strong opening for the industry in 2026, with participants exploring new technologies, strengthening partnerships, and identifying fresh commercial opportunities.
Strong international attendance and high-quality business engagement
Held concurrently with the South China International Exhibition on Printing Industry and the China International Exhibition on Label Printing Technology, the show spanned 150,000 square meters and featured 2,218 exhibitors. It drew 129,037 professional visitors, approximately 14% of whom were overseas visitors—underscoring the sector’s strong resilience and global appeal.
This year’s exhibition attracted overseas professional buyer delegations from 126 countries and regions, including Russia, Malaysia, Thailand, South Korea, Vietnam, the Philippines, Uzbekistan, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Turkey, Spain, Australia, Brazil, Germany, India, Japan, the United States, Hong Kong (China), and Taiwan (China). The breadth of participation underscored the exhibition’s international influence and its growing importance as a gateway to both the Chinese market and wider Asian supply chains.
Exhibitors presented a broad range of advanced solutions, spanning smart packaging production lines, sustainable materials, automation robotics, and digital factory solutions. Across the halls, live demonstrations and in-depth discussions reflected strong buyer interest in practical, scalable, and future-ready technologies.
A full program of concurrent forums and seminars also drew strong attendance. Industry leaders and technical experts exchanged views on the trends shaping the next phase of packaging development, with particular focus on sustainability, smart manufacturing, and digital transformation. These sessions provided valuable insight into the priorities likely to define the industry in 2026 and beyond.
The success of the Sino-Pack/PACKINNO is reflected not only in its scale, but also in the depth of recognition it receives from participants. Feedback from international buyer delegations, domestic industry associations, professional visitors, and exhibitors highlighted the exhibition’s professionalism, efficiency, and strong business value.
