At Interpack 2026 in Düsseldorf, V-Shapes, a brand owned by CP Italy Srl and backed by Control Print, will demonstrate how single-dose packaging can move beyond its conventional role into a more refined, user-centric experience.
Ankush Gupta, head of marketing at V-Shapes, said the company’s showcase focused on transforming everyday packaging into something that delivers both functional efficiency and enhanced consumer interaction. According to Gupta, visitors will see the company’s patented single-serve packaging technology in action, a system designed to improve convenience, dispensing precision, hygiene, and overall usability.
Unlike traditional sachets, V-Shapes’ format is engineered for intuitive opening and controlled dispensing, ensuring minimal spillage and a cleaner user experience. “We are not just presenting another packaging format,” Gupta noted. “We are offering a complete packaging system that integrates machine platforms, material compatibility, and a patented design that enhances consumer interaction.”
A key highlight will be the focus on scaling the adoption of the patented packaging system through the Alpha and Nexo machine platforms, designed for efficient, high-quality production across a wide range of applications.
Sustainability is another major pillar of V-Shapes’ roadmap. The company says it is developing recyclable mono-material and homopolymer structures, including polypropylene-based laminates that align with evolving recycling streams.
In addition, efforts are underway to explore paper-based alternatives for suitable applications. Gupta said sustainability must go hand in hand with functionality and commercial viability. The packaging format itself contributes to this goal by enabling precise dispensing and improved product evacuation, thereby reducing product waste.
According to Gupta, India, in particular, represents a significant growth opportunity for V-Shapes. With shifting market dynamics, packaging decisions are no longer driven solely by cost. There is a growing demand for solutions that offer convenience, hygiene, and brand differentiation. Backed by Control Print’s industrial strength and market presence, V-Shapes is well-positioned to expand both domestically and internationally. Gupta said this partnership provides the scale, infrastructure, and credibility required to bring advanced packaging solutions to a wider customer base.
The company’s broader strategy is shaped by several key industry trends, including the rising importance of consumer convenience, the premiumization of packaging, and the increasing focus on sustainability. Additionally, factors such as product safety, tamper evidence, and automation are influencing how packaging systems are designed and deployed. V-Shapes aims to stay ahead of these trends by continuously evolving its technology and expanding into new application areas.
Looking ahead to Interpack 2026, the company views the event as more than just an exhibition. “It is a platform to engage with forward-thinking brands and partners who are seeking meaningful innovation rather than incremental improvements.”
According to him, the goal is to demonstrate that single-dose packaging can be smarter, more functional, and significantly more valuable both for brands and the end consumer.
