Cosmo Films used its presence at In-store Asia 2026 to showcase a range of environmentally friendly graphic media solutions, with a strong focus on its PVC-free Green Graphic Films portfolio designed for retail branding, signage, vehicle graphics and promotional applications.

The company demonstrated its Green Graphic Films range through a series of display panels featuring real-world applications across retail stores, transit advertising, building graphics, banking environments and outdoor promotional installations.

These products are designed for printing using solvent, eco-solvent, UV inkjet and HP Latex technologies, enabling compatibility with a broad range of digital printing systems.

A key highlight at the stand was the Green Graphic Film – Glossy White Opaque, a self-adhesive BOPP-based film positioned as a sustainable alternative to conventional PVC graphic media. According to product information displayed at the event, the film is 100% PVC-free and halogen-free, contains no phthalates or chlorine-based plasticizers and offers a lower weight than traditional PVC materials.

The company said the film delivers strong printability, enhanced surface finish, high adhesion and scratch resistance, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor graphics applications. Typical end uses include retail signage, wall graphics, glass décor, vehicle wraps, promotional displays, labels and other printable applications. The material can also be used on flat and moderately curved surfaces and is compatible with over-lamination for additional protection.

Cosmo Films presented the range in multiple configurations, including gloss and matt finishes as well as dedicated lamination products. The portfolio includes 90 and 120-micron grades under the LS GB-BOPP platform, together with specialized lamination films developed for graphic protection and durability.

The exhibition served as a platform for the company to underline its broader sustainability agenda. Promotional displays at the stand highlighted key environmental benefits, including the elimination of PVC and harmful phthalate-based plasticizers, while emphasizing reduced material weight compared with conventional graphic substrates.

In addition to product demonstrations, Cosmo Films showcased its manufacturing scale and international footprint. The company highlighted an installed BOPP film production capacity of 276,000 tons per annum, supported by capacities across CPP, BOPET, PET-G, thermal, coated and metallized films. Manufacturing operations include facilities in Aurangabad and Vadodara, with four production plants in India serving global markets.

The company outlined its extensive converting infrastructure, which includes multiple BOPP, CPP and BOPET production lines, thermal lamination lines, gravure coating facilities and metallizers. Certifications displayed at the stand included ISO 9001, ISO 14001, FSSC 22000, BRCGS and ISCC Plus, reflecting its focus on quality, food safety, environmental management and sustainability standards.
