Dinesh Gupta with his brother Sanjay Gupta, founders of Paragon Packaging - customers of IPM.

Printpack presents a unique opportunity for exhibitors to interact with their existing customers while offering a chance to meet prospective customers. While visiting the Industrial Processors and Metallizers’ (IPM) stand Indian Printer and Publisher met the company’s customer who was glad to share his experience of working with IPM.

Dinesh Gupta and Sanjay Gupta, founders of Paragon Packaging based in Faridabad have been in the printing industry for almost 20 years. The company is also into monocartons business. This, along with its corrugation business has helped the company reap huge dividends over a period of time. Dinesh Gupta says, “Printing is a challenging industry; it keeps you on your toes. However, it encourages me to work harder everyday. Maintanance of machines in such a dynamic environment is highly important for which I’m thankful to IPM. I was impressed by the professional conduct of the team. IPM’s technical team visited our Faridabad unit and I spoke to Rahul Sood, the managing director of IPM, regarding the servicing aspect of my machines. I felt confident after talking to him and placed an order for repairing my 6-color KBA press. It was great to have his support. IPM provided robotic plasma coating on six of our plate cylinders and delivered them in a condition that exceeded our expectations.”

Talking about the current condition of his machine, Gupta says, “The machine is doing very well even after three years of the service. IPM took every possible care of our cylinders and their handling was phenomenal as well. In fact, I just spoke with Surbhi Sood, for servicing another one of my machines.”
