Packraft Container India showcased its corrugated packaging, angle boards, and honeycomb board at the PackPlus exhibition in New Delhi’s Pragati Maidan. Packraft, which operates under the brand names Safepack and Safecore, participated in the exhibition to have a good turnaround, develop an all-India presence, and foster new professional relationships.
The Faridabad-based family business, started in 2001 by Vijay Kumar Vashishta, is run by his sons Vikram Vashishta and Pawan Vashishta and grandson Vanshay Vashishta. The company manufactures all kinds of industrial packaging solutions, including corrugated boxes, honeycomb core and boards, angle boards, and paper packaging products such as pallets. Packraft supplies its products all over India and exports to Saudi Arabia, West Asia, and many parts of Europe.
India’s corrugation industry is highly competitive with a host of players in the market, says Vanshay Vashishta, director of Sales at Packraft. “We feel our products are a little different from the other options available in the market. We make our products with love and perfection.”
The pulp-holding, honeycomb board, which is a replacement for thermocol, and composite cans made of paper are some of the new advancements in the paper industry, Vashishta said, adding that the paper industry is an evergreen market as with growing demand, people are turning to sustainability. “We have created corrugated board from recycled paper in order to make it more environment-friendly.
