Optima Packaging Group is expanding its global footprint and reinforcing its long-term commitment to the Middle East. As of June 11, 2025, the family-owned technology leader has officially opened its own sales and service office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This strategic move clearly distinguishes Optima within the industry and highlights the growing importance of the region.
“This step strengthens our regional presence. Our new sales and service office will provide dedicated support to our customers in Saudi Arabia and beyond,” says Nour Hussein, sales director middle east at Optima.
The opening of the Riyadh office marks an important milestone in Optima’s internationalization strategy. With a permanent local presence, customers in Saudi Arabia and the broader Middle East will benefit from direct access to expert support – from consultation to technical service.
Optima plans to further expand its presence in Riyadh by building a dedicated team and strengthening local capabilities – always with a focus on the evolving demands of the pharmaceutical industry in the region.
“With this new footprint, we are deepening our close contact with customers, enabling faster responses to their needs and gaining a better understanding of their requirements for innovations and new product solutions,” emphasizes Johannes-Thomas Grobe, CEO of OPTIMA Pharma.
