At Pamex 2026 in Mumbai, DGM is presenting a portfolio focused on automation, efficiency, and compliance-driven innovation. Speaking about the company’s participation, Puneet Aggarwal, managing director, DGM, said the emphasis this year is on live demonstrations and practical, production-ready solutions for converters.
One of the key attractions at DGM’s stand would be the Technocut 1050S flatbed die-cutter, equipped with advanced features such as stripping, front waste removal, and micro-adjustment automation.
Designed to meet the demands of high-quality carton packaging applications, the Technocut 1050S demonstrates DGM’s focus on precision, productivity, and operational efficiency. By showcasing the machine in full working condition, DGM aims to give visitors a clear understanding of its real-world performance rather than just specifications on paper.
Another major highlight will be DGM’s SmartBraille solution, a newly introduced technology for Braille embossing with integrated inspection. The SmartBraille system is available in both offline and inline configurations, allowing customers the flexibility to choose a standalone solution or integrate it directly with a folder gluer.
According to Agarwal, while similar technologies may be showcased in the exhibition, DGM will differentiate itself by conducting live demonstrations with full machine capability and efficiency. This approach enables converters to evaluate not just the technology, but also its reliability, ease of use, and consistency under production conditions.
Reflecting on the industry’s growth, Agarwal expressed confidence in the future of the segment, noting that paper-based packaging continues to gain momentum as a sustainable packaging choice. Talking about DGM’s strategy to expand its customer base, he said, “We just concentrate on making buyers’ decision correct on choosing DGM, and the rest is automatic growth.”
“We do participate in Pamex to educate the market about DGM offerings and introduce ourselves to the market as a direct subsidiary and our success stories,” Aggarwal said.
