At the upcoming Labelexpo Mexico 2025, taking place 1-3 April in Guadalajara, Mexico, Acme Rolltech, an India-based manufacturer of anilox rolls and sleeves, will showcase samples of its speciality aniloxes such as ATAC 2.0 for screen type raised effect, AHDW 2.0 for high opacity, white printing for solids and text matter.
The highlight of the company’s display will be AGLIT — Acme glitter anilox for transferring varnish. Sandeep Sharma, director of Acme Rolltech said, “We will also highlight our latest engraving technology ASC — Acme Super Cell. 95% of the flexo industry uses 60 hexagon cells. The Acme Super Cell engraving technology redefines the landscape. Our hexagon cells are being used with our advanced plasma coating system and latest engraving machines.”
Speaking on markets, Sharma said, “The narrow web market is big in Latin America. I can only say we have just uncovered the tip of the iceberg, it is still a long way for us. But we are confident about increasing our market share. We are getting orders for wide web stack and CI flexo, too. I plan to meet our existing and new customers in the narrow and wide web market.”
For the rolls and sleeves manufacturer, this show will be a branding exercise, Sharma says the market is of significant importance and the company plans to penetrate in a bullish manner. “I feel, as of now, we have a minuscule market share in Latin America and there are a lot of opportunities for us to grow. Participating in this exhibition is going to help us immensely. All customers from the label industry in Latin America will be able to witness our innovations,” he adds.
