Joel Lau, senior sales manager of DNP Imagingcomm Asia, said, “V670 provides exceptional printing on both plastic and paper packages and is designed for use in printing dates and production numbers on food packaging.”
The V670 ink ribbon is used mainly for printing dates and manufacturing numbers on food packaging, as well as price tags on clothing. It can be printed on paper substrates in addition to plastic films, eliminating the need to switch ink ribbons when changing materials. It excels in abrasion resistance and has reduced the thickness of the ink ribbon base material by approximately 10% to improve transferability, increase printing speed, and contribute to reducing CO2 emissions.
According to Lau, India is a growing market that is moving rapidly towards sustainability. He expressed the company’s commitment to supporting India’s transition toward sustainable packaging solutions.

Its motto at the exhibition was to target customers looking at sustainability by moving away from plastics toward sustainable measures. “We are looking at India with great hope as industries here are moving toward sustainability and functioning as flagbearers of sustainability in South Asia.”
