Flexo Image Graphics (FIG), an authorized distributor of flexo presses and allied equipment of leading brands in the Indian sub-continent, marked its successful participation at Labelexpo India, with the company announcing a slew of deals.
FIG conducted a live demonstration of the Rhyguan die-cutting machine and Luster inspection system. FIG’s stand included a dedicated section displaying label print samples from different presses, providing visitors with an overview of its offerings and capabilities.
The opening day saw FIG hosting a press meet that included officials from Rotoflex, Mark Andy, DCM ATN, and DYM Machinery. The teams highlighted FIG’s tie-up with DCM ATN, a French manufacturer of printing and converting machines, and DYM Machinery.
Gourav Roy, managing director, Flexo Image Graphics, said, “We have collaborated with DCM ATN to expand into the flexible packaging industry. Many businesses in the label industry are diversifying into flexible packaging. We are targeting this segment.”
Roy highlighted FIG’s longstanding relationships with Rotoflex and Mark Andy, which span over 15 to 18 years. “We aim to replicate the success of these partnerships with DCM ATN and DYM Machinery,” he added.

Florian Stroe from Mark Andy said, “Mark Andy was one of the first companies to develop digital inkjet technology in 2014. Today, we offer the fastest digital inkjet UV machines in the market. The 8-color machine operates at speeds of up to 146 meters per minute, delivering exceptional quality with a resolution of 1200 dpi by 1200 dpi. This represents a significant leap forward in digital printing technology.”
As part of its efforts to showcase innovation, FIG announced an open house event in Sonepat, Haryana. The event will feature the installation of the Performance Series P9 press from Mark Andy.
Mumbai-based Barcom Industries finalized two Mark Andy presses from FIG. Being an old ally of FIG, Barcom has already been using a string of Mark Andy machines and the two new flexo presses have been booked to enhance productivity.
At the press meet, Roy spoke about the deal for five finishing systems from DCM ATN for Dehradun-headquartered Zircon Industries. It is the first installation of DCM ATN machines in India from FIG. In addition, Roy announced two more significant deals involving DYM Machinery, with one installation planned in India and the other in Sri Lanka.
Gurugram-based Meraki Propack was FIG’s new customer, which booked a Rhyguan TOP 520 dual die-cutting machine.
“Labelexpo India 2024 was positive and the show’s overall atmosphere reflected the industry’s determination to drive a profound dynamic to make the printing and packaging industry more productive, innovative, and sustainable with the latest machines, equipment, and solutions,” Roy said.
