Koenig & Bauer, a global leading manufacturer of industrial printing applications and marking solutions, will present its future-proof technologies at K 2025, the international leading trade fair for the plastics and rubber industry, from 8 to 15 October 2025 in Düsseldorf. Under the motto ‘Infinite Flexibility for Your Packaging Vision’, the company will showcase a wide spectrum of solutions for the production, processing, and finishing of plastic, hollow-body, and other packaging products in hall 4, stand B07.

The joint presence of Koenig & Bauer Kammann, Koenig & Bauer Digital & Webfed, and Koenig & Bauer Coding is intended to highlight the holistic solution offering of the Group. Visitors can experience how cutting-edge technologies enable maximum flexibility in production, rapid job changes, and precise results on a wide variety of substrates.
Technology highlights at stand B07, in hall 4
The focus of the exhibition will be three innovative exhibits that impressively illustrate Koenig & Bauer’s core competencies in the printing, finishing, and marking of packaging:
Koenig & Bauer Kammann will present the K4 DP – a fully/semi-automatic digital printing press that sets new standards for the direct printing on glass, plastics, and metal. Thanks to the capabilities of applying high-resolution, variable designs to cylindrical and conical bodies in the shortest possible time and with unprecedented precision, it is the ideal solution for packaging manufacturers demanding small series, personalisation, and highest quality.
Koenig & Bauer Digital & Webfed will show various CI Flexo products at the stand. A highlight will be the combination of high-volume CI Flexo printing with Late Stage QR Coding for the AURAVEO application from Koenig & Bauer Kyana. With this, the Group demonstrates the connection of high end CI Flexo printing with the latest Connected Packaging technology. Additionally, Koenig & Bauer Digital & Webfed, in partnership with TWEN, will present the TAC S Evo system for the non-contact laser cleaning of flexo sleeves.
Koenig & Bauer Coding presents the latest innovations in laser coding with the new UV laser. In live demonstrations, the system shows how plastic, glass, or metal products can be marked quickly, precisely, and permanently with codes, logos, or sequential numbers. The UV laser thus sets new standards in terms of traceability and counterfeit protection.
