As part of its product launch at Labelexpo India 2024, Acme Rolltech will unveil a range of specialized anilox rolls for embellishments, including AGLIT – Acme Glitter Anilox, ATXR G – Acme Texture Gloss Anilox, ATXR M – Acme Glitter Anilox Matt, and AHDW 2.0 – Acme High-Density White 2.0 for unsupported labels.
“After getting inputs from our customers around the world and witnessing a constant increase in demand for labels with embellishments, we are going to launch a specialized range of anilox for embellishments,” Sandeep Sharma, director, Acme Rolltech.
Acme Rolltech, an Indian leader in anilox rolls and sleeves, will also showcase its new ACE – Advanced Channel Engraving technology, which combines the benefits of both channel and hexagonal engravings.
“This innovation is designed to cater to modern flexo presses and the evolving demands of high-speed printing, ensuring exceptional performance for diverse applications. ACE technology helps in achieving depth like channel engraving and at the same time gives expectational halftone printing like HEXgonal engraving. Samples of ACE technology will be on display at the event,” said Sharma.
Acme will also highlight its ATAC 2.0 – Acme Tactile 2.0 anilox for raised screen effects, launched at Labelexpo 2023 in Brussels. Additionally, the company plans to present samples of ECG printing done on its aniloxes, offering customers insights into achieving superior results.
“There is a lot of buzz around ECG printing, technically we as a company always feel that without understanding the basic requirements of ECG printing many companies have tried to promote the technology. We are going to showcase the samples of ECG printing done on our aniloxes and will share our expertise with our customers on how to use this technology to achieve the desired results,” Sharma said.
According to Sharma, Labelexpo India 2024 serves as a testament to its commitment to the Indian printing industry. The event marks the company’s continuous innovation journey since its first participation in Labelexpo 2018 when it announced the introduction of world-class, made-in-India anilox rolls and sleeves.
“We’ve built a strong customer base across India and globally. Labelexpo India provides a valuable platform for showcasing our Made in India products and connecting with customers across the label industry, whether in PS labels or unsupported labels. Not only Labelexpo India, we are going to participate in Labelexpo Mexico 2025 too as now we have a strong customer base in Latin America,” Sharma said.
