Bhupesh Tilwani, who represented Keyway Sales at Labelexpo India, shared insights into the company’s journey and portfolio. Keyway Sales was officially launched during drupa 2024, with a focus on providing innovative solutions in flexographic and digital printing.
The company is introducing globally accepted, technically advanced machinery to the Indian market, aligning with its philosophy of blending ‘global meets local.’
“We are trying to sell machines that are innovative and which would add value to the customers,” Tilwani said.
Keyway Sales represents a diverse range of international principals, offering solutions across various sectors. Their partnerships include Focus Label Machinery, known for advanced flexographic printing presses; Lesko, a Polish firm specializing in post-press equipment such as slitter winders and die-cutting systems; and Vision, a Chinese company catering to in-mold labeling solutions. Additionally, Spilker provides narrow-web die-cutting tools, while Martignoni from Italy offers corona treaters, web cleaners, and static bars for both narrow and wider web applications.

In digital printing, Keyway Sales collaborates with South Korea’s Dilli, delivering UV digital presses with flexible configurations. It represents Reborn for embellishment machines and InTech, a UK-based company offering digital cutting and finishing systems, ideal for short-run and sheet-to-sheet jobs. Its portfolio extends to companies such as TechSleeve for flexo sleeves, CIEMME for analog and plate washing systems, and IUV for UV systems.
Keyway Sales offers innovative tools such as Nix, a Canadian-developed color management device that identifies and analyses colors with precision, integrating with mobile technology for enhanced functionality. This comprehensive portfolio reflects Keyway Sales’ commitment to introducing advanced, value-adding solutions tailored to the needs of the Indian market.
David Lee of Focus told Packaging South Asia that Focus expanded its offerings to include flexographic machinery for self-adhesive labels and packaging, aligning with evolving customer needs. This strategic shift has led to a significant presence in India, with numerous installations throughout India. According to Lee, current market trends are driving demand for mid-web machines up to 20 inches wide and hybrid technology that combines digital and flexographic capabilities.
Kerry Button of Intec said this was the first time Intec participated in an expo in India through its partner Keyway Sales. “We have targeted India as a prime market for our products and are excited about the opportunity,” Kerry said.
