Acme Rolltech, which is the most widely traveled Indian manufacturer of anilox rolls, found a good response at Barcelona. As Sandeep Sharma, one of the three partners at the stand, said to us, “New location, new vibes.” The partners spoke about their plant expansion and the addition of a third upgraded engraver for the exploration of new business opportunities beyond anilox rolls. The new engraver will be able to engrave not only ceramics but also various metal alloys for applications such as embossing up to 4.5 meters wide. The company continues to work as an application problem solver for its clients in narrow and wide web, and CI flexo, corrugation printing, and offset and film coating.

Sharma says, “Labelexpo Barcelona, being in a Spanish-speaking country, attracted more visitors from Latin America. Since we already have a foothold in Latin America and Mexico, the show was good for us as we have some reference sites and experience in that region.”
