Advanced technology

The PixelGlow Vertex is equipped with innovative features that enable printers to achieve eye-catching visual and tactile effects. Powered by Ricoh printheads, the high-performance system delivers exceptional print quality and reliability as shown at the unveiling. It accommodates paper weights from 170 to 600 GSM and handles a maximum paper size of B2+ (520 mm x 730 mm), with imaging areas up to 510 mm x 720 mm.

The new PixelGlow Vertex provides speeds of 300 sheets per hour for A3+ sizes and up to 150 sheets per hour for B2+ sizes. Its AI-driven internal scanner enables precise registration and alignment of large-format sheets, and a foil-saving feature helps reduce consumable and operational costs.

Key features include an automatic feeder with a 600-sheet capacity, a foldable stacker for compact storage, and adjustable varnish layer thickness from 5 to 40 microns, providing flexibility in finishing options.

Continuous demos will be held throughout the five days of the show at Monotech’s stand Hall 14, Stand I-41.
