Valco Melton, a leading supplier of adhesive dispensing equipment and quality assurance systems to the converting industries, showcased solutions with a focus on end-of-line packaging at the PackTech exhibition. The company displayed its gear pump and piston pump solutions alongside promotions of its hot melt hoses.

The highlight of the show was the IsoMelt Mini and D4 PUR series of melters, which have been specifically designed to process reactive hot melts such as PUR. The tank can accommodate 2 kg PUR standard slugs and work with up to 4 liters of adhesive. All units feature a fully integrated multi-functional controller that is accessible from a screen, allowing for fast and easy configuration changes and providing key-to-line capabilities.

Rajesh Mishra, assistant sales manager (India), said that the response at PackTech was good with satisfactory footfall during the three days of the event. Mishra informed that Valco Melton’s Dubai office, which was opened six months ago, is functioning optimally. “The Middle East region is an important area for the company and it was essential that we had our own office there. We have a good client base in the region,” he said.

Mishra also shared that Valco Melton will be making some new business announcements at the upcoming Printpack event early next year. “I would not like to give any details about what we will announce but it will be regarding new products and solutions,” he said.
