GM headquarters sent two engineers to Chile to support Jos Kabouw in the installation, and preliminary tests and first reactions from the client are overwhelmingly positive. Ready to go into full production after the two-day install and training, the GM concept of converting made easy is a reality.

DC330FB SC is the popular DC330 featuring both flatbed screen printer and flatbed hot stamp with 90 degrees turning foil tower. The DC330FB SC finishing line is designed for the production of digitally printed high quality wine and spirits labels. The unique modular combination of hot foil stamping, flatbed screen, flexo conventional printing and semi-rotary diecutting makes it the perfect companion for a digital press. A few highlights and features of this unit are a 30 tonne high-pressure flatbed hot stamp embossing module, a screen print module with servo drives, flexographic varnish with registration for cold foil, cast and cure and a semi-rotary diecutter.
