Resounding success for APL Machinery

Faridabad-based APL Machinery is a leading manufacturer of screen print machines to print on various shapes and substrates including paper as well as round containers. At Plastivision, APL launched Omega Roto UV 1000—a unique UV coating and curing machine that can generate speeds of more than 150 m/minute with a single UV cassette rather than two cassettes. The machine is also equipped with E+L web tension controller and has been built to meet the diverse needs of high gloss and scratch-free coating on various flexible substrates.

Mumbai-based Rukson Packaging has expanded its production capability by bringing in some of the latest converting equipment to produce value-added printed cartons. “We are serious about the quality and, thus, many quality control tasks are being shifted to automated systems to increase reliability and reduce manual intervention. Hence, we invested in high-end technologies to ensure better quality and efficiency while maintaining high speed of production,” says Kishin  Punjabi, director at Rukson Packaging.
