At this year’s Labelexpo, Xeikon plans to showcase its Xeikon 3030 Plus digital label press, which is based on the proven platform of their 3000 series of Xeikon Engines. The 3030 Plus offers full optimization with actual label size with its variable width of 8 inch to 13 inch and unlimited label length due to the unique full rotary technology. This allows the converter to fully optimize print runs with actual size of labels. The press runs at 15 m/min irrespective of label lengths and number of colors applied. The company labels it as a true full-rotary press.

Henkel Adhesive Technologies India (Henkel India), the leading solution provider for adhesives, sealants and surface treatment and a fully owned subsidiary of Henkel, has been awarded with the ‘Green Label’ certificate for the water-based portfolio of its footwear adhesives business by Footwear Design and Development Institute (FDDI). ‘Green Label’ is a quality certification label that is issued to validate safe, healthy and environment-friendly footwear, leather products, components used to manufacture them and allied products. FDDI conducted an inspection of each material used in manufacturing Henkel India’s footwear adhesives and analyzed if the adhesive is manufactured according to the environment-friendly standard.
