“At Printpack we are displaying almost all our products related to the printing – both sheetfed and webfed – and packaging industries. We are also displaying rubber-related products like rubber sleeves for flexo. This time we have launched our Vita range of products, which is specialized for food packaging printing,” says Prabhat Kumar, product manager, Böttcher India.

Böttcher has been present in India since 2005. The company has its marketing office in Gurgaonand warehouse in Faridabad. The company has regional offices in all major cities of India.

According to Kumar, Böttcher’s newly launched products, for example the Vita range, are approved by ISEGA, which has pursued successful business activity as an independent testing and certification institute with the capability for analytical work in pulp, paper and board, plastics, packagings and consumer goods, colors, lacquers, additives and other chemicals. He says that the Vita range of products is appropriate for applications in food packaging printing. “In India, printers are yet to print on these kinds of products which are approved by bodies like ISEGA. So we are encouraging the use of our Vita range of products by giving trials at various presses across India,” says Kumar.

“Printpack is a great platform to market your brands. We want our people to feel that we are here to serve them – not here to sell,” says Kumar, speaking about the Printpack event. “The response here is quite good and visitors are showing ample interest in our products.”
