After receiving the local approvals, all the necessary procedures have been completed and the office has been registered under the name, Vipul Organics USA Inc.
Based in the State of Delaware, this office will enhance the sales and marketing efforts of the company in US as well as Central American countries. In addition, stocks maintained at a warehouse will ensure immediate deliveries to the customers.
“The Americas are a big market for Vipul Organics’ export business. We were witnessing headwinds due to geopolitical and tariff issues, which were obstructing the logistics and causing unnecessary delays in fulfilling client orders. Vipul Organics USA will ensure that our customers remain our first priority and will act as a fulfillment centre for existing and new orders as well. We are also setting up warehousing, which will stock our dyes and pigments in ample quantity that will guarantee the quickest delivery to businesses”, says Vipul P Shah, managing director, Vipul Organics.
Today, around 20% of the revenues for Vipul Organics come from exports to the US and Central America, and this office will act as a sales and marketing as well as delivery hub for the region.
