The Telangana-based Lorven Group recently invested in a Varex II blown film extrusion machine from W&H to increase its productivity and operational efficiency. Established in the early 1990s by the Late Devulapally Bhikshapati, the Lorven Group helmed by managing director Devulapally Nitesh Kumar provides comprehensive packaging solutions.
W&H said in a press release that the Varex ll blown film extrusion machine delivers an output of over 900 Kg/hr, setting new benchmarks in the industry and increasing efficiency in achieving higher net output.
According to the company, the Varex ll machine is designed to be a game-changer. The three-layer high-output blown film machine, measuring 2800 mm in width, can process a variety of materials, including LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, and mLLDPE. Its advanced die and extruder technology helps produce perfectly flat and highly productive films. By minimizing LDPE content, the Varex ll offers significant cost savings.
On the one hand, the highest output of 900 kg/h shows the machine strength, i.e. a new high-pressure cooling system and optimized die head design and on the other hand, a net output of 650 to 700 mt per month shows reliability, repeatability, and higher efficiency of the machine.

Automation makes the machine operator-friendly with fewer human errors and guarantees top-quality films with remarkable long-term sustainable performance.
W&H said the installation of the Varex ll blown film extrusion machine exemplifies its commitment to developing cutting-edge solutions that empower customers to achieve new heights of efficiency and quality.
“The Varex ll embodies our commitment to engineering excellence tailored to meet diverse customer needs. Partnering with Lorven Group as they expand in the flexible packaging sector is truly inspiring,” says Divyanshu Katiyar, sales manager at W&H.
Nitesh Kumar, MD at Lorven Group, says the installation was seamless, and the training provided by W&H’s team was thorough. “Our experience with the Varex ll has been outstanding. Ever since we integrated the machine, we noticed a significant increase in productivity and operational efficiency. The quality and performance have exceeded our expectations, confirming our decision to choose W&H,” he says.
The Lorven Group, which transformed into a private limited company in 2010, has more than 700 employees and advanced infrastructure.
W&H says its mission is to develop cutting-edge solutions that empower its customers to achieve new heights of efficiency and quality.
