At Plastfocus 2024, Packone Solutions, which delivers ancillaries, components, and consumables to the flexible packaging industry, highlighted the partners it represents from across the world.
“To ease the life of convertors, we provide quality enhancement solutions for the printing and packaging segments,” Jagadish Prasad, product manager of Packone Solutions, said.
The team represented companies from Italy, Germany, Japan, and beyond. Reel shafts, core chucks, and safety chucks from Svecom, expanding rollers from Mink Brushes, knife holder, and rotary knife from Dienes were showcased at Packone Solutions stand. A major highlight of the stand was the live demonstration of the Meridian Elite laser anilox cleaner.
Promoting sustainability in the industry, Prasad said, “To reduce the consumption of water and solvents in cleaning aniloxes, we came up with a sustainable technology where the aniloxes can be cleaned in a short period without any chemicals.” He demonstrated the cleaning process of anilox in the machine. “Being environmentally friendly, it is the smartest, safest and fastest technology in the industry.”
Along with the live demonstration of the machine and products, the company highlighted its long-standing partner, DAC from Japan, which specializes in surface inspection and print defect detection.
Commenting on the growth of the company through its focus on innovative ideas, Prasad noted, “Various overseas machine manufacturers are looking to enter India with new products and technologies.” He presented the company as the one-stop solution for packaging-related jobs. “We are providing the entire solution, not only by providing machinery but technology as well.”
Excited by the response of the early visitors at the exhibition, he said he was looking forward to expanding the brand awareness of his company and its motto of sustainability among the visitors and companies and businesses across the industry.
