Industry veteran Harveer Sahni launched his book Untold Stories of Indian Label Industry at the HP India stand at Labelexpo 2024 in Greater Noida.
The 320-page coffee table book narrates the history of the Indian label industry from its early days to the present day. Untold Stories of Indian Label Industry features the success stories and profiles from the label industry, including Ananth Rao of StayOn Papers, Rajesh Chadha of Update Prints, Himanshu Kapur of J K Fine Prints, Kuldeep Goyal of Any Graphics, Ranesh Bajaj of Vinsak, Rajesh Shah from Maharshi Group, Narendra Pauchuri of Pragati Offset, Amit Ahuja of Multitec Aids, Vivek Kapoor of Creative Labels, among others.
Sahni, who had contributed articles to Packaging South Asia, Harveer Sahni said, “My journey as an author started with Naresh Khanna from IPP Catalog Publications. The book covers my journey of over 48 years in the Indian labels industry. Since I knew how label printing started in India, where it started, I could chronicle the stories. I started with history and followed it up with success stories and events.”
The book, printed by Pragati Offset, is priced at Rs 3,750.
