Recently, their application technician Michael Zelinger was on a customer visit tour in India for ten days, in Bangalore, Mumbai and New Delhi. Technical workshops were held and there were discussions about tasks and challenges around the whole packaging production. The importance of the right choice of creasing parameters and their effect on the quality of creasing was one of the major topics. CITO also made a  presentation of its RSP Inline Finishing System during a training workshop in diecutting techniques which took place in Chennai for the staff of the Heidelberg Print Media Academy India.
