The company recently installed a new iECHO PK 0705 Plus automatic intelligent digital cutting system supplied by Packnology at its facility for crafting product samples and short-run jobs. The company’s production facility is equipped with a line of modern and advanced offset presses, digital printing machines, and finishing equipment to produce packaging solutions.
The iECHO PK 0705 Plus has made sample making and short-run jobs easier and efficient, said Navneet Jain of Le Roy Print Packs. “Since our inception in the year 1999, we have been largely into offset printing using a fleet of presses from Heidelberg and others. Our key finished products primarily include corrugated boxes of different sizes and models, which we provide to our clients comprising exporters, corporate companies, pharmaceutical brands, garment manufacturers, etc. When we manufacture corrugated boxes and such products for our clients, preparation of accurate samples or prototypes is mandatory. For that we have chosen the iECHO PK 0705.”

The iECHO PK 0705 was installed at Le Roy Print Packs in March this year. Compact in size, this automated digital cutting system can operate at high speed for high precision cutting with little or no intervention of an operator. It eliminates the need for manual cutting or physical dies. When it comes to the machine’s compatibility with materials, the iECHO PK 0705 is open to processing varied materials, including PP paper, vinyl, KT board, etc.
