At Labelexpo, visitors can watch live demonstrations of the iFLEX 370mm press featuring 10 color all UV; chilled drums; cold foil; delam/relam; peel and seal station; web turn bar; 2 die stations; and sheeter-conveyor.
iFLEX boasts of 10 color job setup in less than 25 meters, complex shape die cutting at high speed, magnetic cylinder change over in 1 minute, start production in less than 200 gms of ink, minimum repeat of 5.5 inch, direct drive with only one pair of gear in flexo stations, strong double frame body (ensuring vibration free printing), each unit is camera equipped for better monitoring, patented pressure settings for quick job setup, least maintenance cost with no heavy electronics on board, class 5 gears ensuring exceptionally long life of the machine and tool-less changeovers ensuring no wear and tear. The iFLEX 370mm is applicable for labels of self adhesive, wet glue, booklet and coupon, shrink sleeves, in mould and wrap around.
Live demonstrations are schedule for 11:30 AM, 01:00 PM, 02:30 PM and 04:00 PM from 22-25 November 2018. Visitors can also go to their private demo slots. In India, Omet iFlex model has been installed at Huhtamaki Webtech, Insight Graphics and Orianaa Decorpack.
