PackPlus

PackPlus, the packaging, converting and supply chain event, will take place in Pragati Maidan, New Delhi from 28 August to 31 August 2019. The event will take place in halls 7A, B, C, D, E, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 12A. The exhibitors span across three major segments – primary packaging and automation, supply chain and material handling and flexible packaging, converting and corrugation. More than 325 exhibitors have already confirmed their presence at the show. PackPlus is expected to showcase a wide range of products and services related to packaging machines, materials and equipment, coding and marking solutions.

The event is reported to have more than 100 product launches. The key products that will be on display this year include flexo, gravure, offset and screen printing presses, label printing equipment, corrugated box machinery, paper, film, foil, inks and other consumables. In addition, the exhibition will also have equipment for food production and processing, barcodes and RFID, rigid and flexible packaging, flexible intermediate container, woven, sacks and other bulk packaging solutions, end-of-line packaging, supply chain, logistics and material handling.

The International Packaging Conclave 2019 will take place during the show on 30 August 2019 from 12.30 p.m. to 7 p.m., co-organized by IppStar and Reed Exhibitions. After a networking lunch at 2 p.m., the keynote session on ‘Challenges of PWM rules & EPR for brand owners’ will be followed by the first session on ‘Reduction & reuse brand owner case studies of substance reduction, recycling and waste management.’ The second session will delve on the topic, ‘Material Innovation showcase wonder materials to meet active packaging challenges.’ The conference will conclude with the third session on ‘Conversion and waste management experience.’

Spread over 15,000 square meters across 11 halls, this year trade visitors will witness exhibits from USA, Canada, Germany, China and Taiwan. The event is supported by the National Small Industries Corporation (NSIC), Automation Industry Association (AIA) and Metal Container Manufacturers Association (MCMA). The event is co-located with CartonTech, SupplyPlus, PackSol and India Converting Show. In 2018, the event featured 400+ exhibitors who attracted a footfall of more than 20,000.
