In its attempt to meet people from the flexible packaging sector and to spread brand awareness, Gurugaon-headquartered Vintex Rubber showcased its rubber roller solutions for gravure, flexo printing, blown film production, and pouching at the Hiplex 2023 exhibition, in Hyderabad in the first week of August 2023. “From palletizing to dispatch, Vintex Rubber provides rubber rollers for the entire process of flexible packaging,” said Mayank Chhabra, director, of Vintex Rubber Industries. He added that Vintex rubber rollers already play an important role in ensuring seamless operation across various machines for printing and packaging.

With thirty to forty customers in Hyderabad and nearby cities, Chhabra sees Hyderabad as a growing market for flexible packaging because of its easy communication channels to other Southern region production centers such as Chennai, Vizag, Vishakapatnam, and Bangalore. “Since Hyderabad is a growing market our presence here at Hiplex 2023 is more important than expecting something in return from the exhibition. We don’t expect any orders in the exhibition – rather we aim to spread brand awareness,” said Chhabra. Vintex is planning to set up a manufacturing unit in Hyderabad shortly.

Mayank highlighted the brighter future of flexible packaging and the importance of such exhibitions for the company and customers as well. “This exhibition is a great platform to impart knowledge about the products and about the company to the targeted audience. The attendees also get a chance to know about the products which can be useful for them.”

Apart from rubber rollers, the wide range of products from Vintex for stack flexo, narrow web, or wide web, help to provide jointless print results which was not possible with the earlier types of rollers. “Through our laser engraving technology, the constraint of joints has been eliminated to help provide jointless printing solutions for the customers.”
