Officials from Mumbai-based Nipra Industries are visiting Metpack 2023 in Essen to gain insights into the industry. Nipra is India’s leading aluminum closure stock converter that is engaged in the manufacturing of aluminum roll-on-pilfer-proof (ROPP) closures, printed aluminum sheets and printed tinplate sheets. Its main customers are in the beverages segment, mainly in the alcoholic beverages space.
“We were at the last Metpack and are here again to gain insight about the industry,” said Nikhil Jain, executive director of Nipra Industries.
The company has manufacturing plants at multiple locations in India, including in Roorkee, Silvassa, Umargaon, Vasai and Bangalore.
Metpack 2023 is taking place in Essen from 2-6 May after a gap of six years. It is one of the world’s leading exhibitions on metal packaging. During the five-day expo, visitors are experiencing new technologies and advanced processes for the production, coating, lacquering, printing and recycling of cans, tubes, closures and technical packaging made of metal.
