The event is being attended by a wide range of industry stakeholders — from buyers and engineers to brand owners, converters, and research and development professionals — aiming to explore innovations that promote sustainability, digital transformation, and operational efficiency.

ProPak Asia 2025 is divided into eight specialized zones that provide targeted experiences for visitors — Processing Tech, Drink Tech, Pharma Tech, Lab and Test, Packaging Tech, Coldchain, Logistics, Warehousing and Factory, Coding Marking and Labelling and Packaging Solutions. The well-organized segmentation allows attendees to easily navigate the massive venue and connect with technologies relevant to their sector.

One of the major highlights is the presence of dedicated international pavilions representing countries such as Germany, Italy, Japan, Korea, Singapore, and China. Alongside the exhibition, a series of conferences and knowledge-sharing sessions are being held, covering topics such as advanced inspection systems, food innovation, sustainable packaging, and Industry 4.0 integration.

These companies are using the platform to not only showcase their products but also to build international partnerships and expand their regional presence.

Nishant Bansal, CEO and managing director of Falcon India, emphasized the relevance of their food processing technologies. “Our solutions combine food processing and packaging into one streamlined system, which is highly beneficial for manufacturers looking to enhance productivity.” Falcon India is showcasing its popular ‘on-machine seasoning’ and ‘fry-n-flavor system’, drawing significant attention from food manufacturers.

Multivac, another key exhibitor, is presenting its R-105 MF thermoforming packaging machine. Jun Ya Sass, regional marketing manager at Multivac, explained, “Vacuum skin packaging is highly popular in Thailand and neighboring countries. Although the R-105 MF is an entry-level machine, it initiates critical discussions around packaging reliability and shelf-life enhancement.”

Sustainability and digitalization are the two most important keywords in this exhibition. Exhibitors across all zones are focusing on solutions that reduce waste, improve energy efficiency, and meet evolving environmental standards. From compostable primary packaging to zero-waste production systems, the emphasis is on aligning with global green practices.

A special Future Food Corner is spotlighting plant-based food innovations integrated with circular packaging systems. Additionally, a Packaging Design Clinic is offering expert consultations from top design professionals to help brands improve product functionality and visual appeal.

The Digitalization Village is another major highlight, with organizations such as the Thai-German Institute, Thai Automation and Robotics Association, and the Digital Economy Promotion Agency presenting technologies and automation solutions.

Focusing on digitalization and sustainability, KHS’ stand highlights both the terms at their stand. “We are going hand-in-hand with digitalization and sustainability,” said Myint KoKo Aung, technical sales, KHS.

According to him, both the keywords are the need of the hour and KHS being a long-standing player in the market, needs to implement it to be the long-standing player in the industry.
