Blown films and sheet extrusion lines specialist, the Gujarat-based Rajoo Engineers has installed an Okuma Multus from Japan, a multitasking machine, strengthening the core manufacturing capabilities at Shree Yantralaya – The Machine Shop, its in-house machining zone.

The installation is a part of Rajoo’s investment plan announced in 2024, is set to advance its manufacturing excellence to global standards and reflects its ongoing commitment to total quality management (TQM) and future-ready production.

The high-precision Okuma Multus U4000 delivers advanced 5-axis machining by integrating turning, milling, drilling, and gear  cutting into a single, highly automated setup.

Shree Yantralaya – The Machine Shop, Rajoo’s state-of-the-art in-house machining zone, is a temperature-controlled, dust-free facility designed to produce critical components with consistently high accuracy. The addition of this Japanese machine significantly enhances the company’s ability to reduce lead times, improve quality, and reduce external dependencies.

“This investment represents our continuous focus on building world-class capabilities. The Multus  U4000 brings greater agility and precision to our core manufacturing, ultimately creating more value for our global customers.” said Utsav Doshi, joint managing director.

The installation aligns with Rajoo’s broader vision of innovation driven manufacturing and supports its commitment to lean practices, sustainability, and total quality management, the company said. With this strategic addition, itis further equipped to serve a rapidly evolving market with speed, reliability, and global-standard excellence.
