At the upcoming Labelexpo 2024 in Greater Noida, Acme Rolltech, an Indian manufacturer of anilox rolls and sleeves, will promote its ACE (advanced channel engraving) technology, which offers the advantages of both channel engraving and hexagon engraving cell structure. The company will also launch a specialized range of anilox for embellishments.
Sandeep Sharma, director of Acme Rolltech, said, “We always say we don’t believe in ‘one solution fits for all.’ Our ACE technology helps in achieving depths such as channel engraving and at the same time gives expectational halftone printing like hexagonal engraving. Customers will get to see samples at the show. We will showcase samples of ATAC 2.0 – Acme tactile 2.0 anilox for screen type raised effect, which we launched during Labelexpo 2023 in Brussels.” Our team will showcase samples of ECG printing done on aniloxes and will share expertise on how to use this technology.
The new launches at the expo include AGLIT (Acme glitter anilox), ATXR G (Acme texture gloss anilox), and ATXR M (Acme glitter anilox matt), and AHDW 2.0. According to Sharma, a special launch is in the pipeline, which will be revealed at the expo.
“Labelexpo India 2024 will be a testament to our commitment to the Indian printing fraternity to provide high-quality made-in-India anilox rolls and anilox sleeves, which are on a par, or in some cases even better, than any anilox supplier in the world,” Sharma said.
“Labelexpo India allows us to show to the world the growing dominance of India in the field of printing and packaging. It allows us to socialize with our customers, and industry stakeholders and help us to gain insights on what they expect from us in terms of anilox developments.”
At the expo, Acme Rolltech expects to meet all customers across the value chain of labels at stand H21.
