Emerging
iECHO TK4S-2516

Aligning with the sustainability trend, Emerging Graphics had its entire stall built with honeycomb and corrugation combination boards rather than the widely used MDF (medium-density fibreboard) boards for stalls at Pamex 2024. The chairs and tables in the sitting area of the stand were of the same combination.

Honeycomb and corrugation combination boards are 100% reusable. Once painted, these can be used for other exhibitions as well. The panels can easily be folded, carried back, and can be used for other exhibitions. Whereas MDF boards have vinyl stickers and paint and cannot be used for other exhibitions.

Other than the live demonstration of iECHO TK4S-2516 and iECHO PK0705Plus cutting systems, the corrugated board stand was one of the major highlights of Emerging Graphics. Visitors had hands-on experience with the iECHO TK4S-2516 with routing and auto drill bit changing and the iECHO PK0705plus digital cutting system with auto feeding.

Other than these machines, software solutions such as the EngView CAD software for folding cartons, corrugation, rigid boxes; die-making, and the PaSharp Graphic Suite, a graphic editor for folding cartons, labels, and flexibles, were highlighted at the stall.

Apart from the hardware and software solutions, we promoted the KingT scanning digital printer and Haotian inkjet label press from China. The Haotian press offers 9-color prints by inkjet, followed by foil stamping inline, die cutting inline, slitting, and so on. It’s one solution for short-run labels along with high-end embellishment inline,” Tushar Pande, director, of Emerging Graphics, said. The entire setup of the stand was produced using the iECHO TK4S, and the printing KingT flatbed corrugation printer, installed at its demo center in Navi Mumbai.

With more than 200 installations around India, Emerging Graphics finalized a deal with Noida-based Impact Promotions, which procured an iECHO TK4S. “We were happy to meet our customers and finalize deals at the exhibition. Even if we couldn’t finalize deals, we were satisfied by informing potential customers about our product portfolio. Pamex is an exhibition that connects us with potential customers,” Pande said.
