Wanjie India, a subsidiary of Bipin Offset (Ahmedabad, India) and Hebei Wanjie Technology Group (Hebei, China), has announced its participation in Labelexpo Asia 2025, scheduled to take place from 2 to 5 December  2025, at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC), Shanghai, China.

According to Rakesh Patel, director of Wanjie India, the company—together with its principal—will conduct live demonstrations of four flagship Wanjie machines during the exhibition.

Wanjie India and Hebei Wanjie Technology Group will showcase the following machines at Labelexpo Asia 2025 – Wanjie WJPS-350 intermittent offset label press; Wanjie WJPS-350 intermittent flexo label press; Rotary die-cutting machine; and Flexo press + rotary die-cutting system.

All the machines will be demonstrated live, allowing trade visitors to experience the precision, speed, and advanced capabilities of the upgraded label printing and die-cutting systems.

The WJPS-350 intermittent offset and flexo label presses are engineered for short- to medium-run label production. “Designed for high-quality printing, these label presses feature shaft-less drive technology along with several advanced capabilities,” said Patel. “They ensure accurate registration and smooth operation, while the alcohol dampening system delivers sharp, vivid, and consistent print results.”

Among their technological innovations, Wanjie’s intermittent label presses are equipped with industrial computers that enable remote diagnostics, operation, and maintenance. These systems ensure stable and highly precise registration throughout production. In addition, each machine incorporates a universal plate cylinder, ensuring ease of operation and enabling faster production of labels of any size within their class.

Patel emphasized the importance of Labelexpo Asia 2025 for Wanjie India. “With the live demonstration of our four flagship machines, this exhibition will serve as a powerful platform to connect with our existing clients and engage new customers who are looking to adopt the latest Wanjie technologies to elevate their label printing and production capabilities.”

Currently, 10-15 visitors from India have confirmed their attendance at the principal’s stall during the event. “A dedicated team of experts from Wanjie India will be present at the stall on all four days of the show. We aim to ensure that every visitor from India feels supported, informed, and comfortable as they explore the machines being demonstrated,” Patel added.
