For Alliance Printech, 2023 marked a significant post-Covid recovery year. It started with the delivery of LabelExpo orders and, as the year progressed, the company achieved targets such as tie-ups with leading label printers and converters, repeat orders with existing customers, successful exhibitions and growth as a team.

Aryaman Julka, sales manager of the international division and second generation of the Faridabad-headquartered label press manufacturer, said, “Alliance has been on a growth trajectory since 2020, culminating in the establishment of our facility in IMT, Faridabad. Throughout 2023, we have continued this expansion by forming alliances outside India through exhibitions to broaden our global footprint. Rigorous efforts are underway for standardization and certifications, reinforcing our commitment to serving customers with excellence.”

As part of its strategy to make use of exhibitions to target customers, Alliance will attend Pamex 2023, scheduled for 6-9 February 2024 in Mumbai.

In FY 2023-24, our focus was on improving operations to enhance the quality of our products and services. Building a machine requires a culture of innovation and creativity within the organization, and only then we will be able to produce a machine with the highest return on investments in the label industry. At Alliance, we believe in growing along with our customers. Hence our approach has always been to offer the most value to our customers in every way possible.”

According to Julka, sustainability is at the forefront of Alliance’s operational philosophy. “We are actively implementing sustainable practices internally, with emphasis on reducing wastage to empower our customers, encouraging the adoption of UV-based LED curing technology, and helping enhance the sustainability factor among label printers. We hold a bullish outlook on the industry’s growth due to its highly competitive nature. Printers are expanding beyond labels, driving innovation,” he said.

Julka believes the upcoming five years seem promising for robust growth. “With innovation serving as the linchpin for printers seeking sustainable expansion, the future looks promising for label printers as they continue to innovate and upgrade.”

Participation in Pamex 2024

Pamex stands as a premier show in India, especially crucial for the Western market. Alliance Printech anticipates meaningful interactions with customers as Pamex provides an ideal platform for discussions on innovation. Although this time the company is not displaying any machine, it is optimistic about a great footfall like the 2023 edition.

Julka adds, “While direct sales are important, the value lies in fostering relationships and exploring collaborative opportunities. We are particularly interested in the growing demand for quality improvement machines such as camera inspection slitter rewinders, especially in Maharashtra. The adoption of such technologies aligns with the industry’s pursuit of enhanced quality standards.”
